 After a fantastic opening, we are expanding our team with exciting opportunities for both our front house and kitchen teams.

We have taken a dilapidated pub in the quaint village of Winterbourne and turned it into something truly special. A circa 26 cover restaurant downstairs, alongside our immersive chefs table, Sloe for up to 8 covers upstairs.

  • As a Chef de Partie at Damson, you’ll need to have experience in the kitchen, with a base knowledge across sections. You’ll be Working within in our small, humble kitchen team alongside our chefs to produce stunning, refined dishes in our brand new open kitchen.

    This role has various duties, with a primary objective to communicate effectively, support, help, manage and maintain the food across preparation and services. With a flair for creativity, and passion for evolving not only our food but your abilities.

    Full Time role Starting salary £25,500 plus service charge

  • No previous experience is necessary to apply, as full training/ added will be given, but it will be a distinct benefit.

    Starting salary of £11.50 per hour Plus Service charge – Part time Hourly rate dependant on age and experience.

  • We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our FOH part time.

    Weekend availability is essential.
